General terms and conditions of business
§ 1 Geltungsbereich
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Leistungen und Angebote von Clarity Concept, Inhaberin: Y. Stoll ,
E-Mail: healingcoach@email.de, im Bereich Sessions, Energie- und Hypnosearbeit, Online- und Präsenzsessions, Mitgliedschaften
(z. B. Club). Entgegenstehende Geschäftsbedingungen des Kunden werden nicht anerkannt, es sei denn, Clarity Concept stimmt
ausdrücklich schriftlich zu.
§ 2 Vertragsschluss
(1) Die Darstellung der Leistungen auf der Website stellt kein verbindliches Angebot dar. Erst mit der Buchung durch den Kunden
und der Bestätigung durch Clarity Concept kommt ein Vertrag zustande.
(2) Vertragsbestandteile sind die vereinbarte Leistung, diese AGB sowie ggf. separate Leistung- und Zahlungsbeschreibungen.
§ 3 Leistungen
Clarity Concept bietet u. a. Sessions zu SoundJourney & Energiearbeit (z. B. Kundalini Activation, Reiki, Breathwork,
Innerdance etc. ), Hypnose (QHHT), Detox- und Gesundheitsbegleitung, Human Design Readings, Mitgliedschaften (Club) an.
Die konkrete Leistung (Art, Umfang, Dauer) ergibt sich aus der Buchungsbestätigung.
§ 4 Preise & Zahlungsbedingungen
(1) Alle Preise verstehen sich in Euro und inklusive der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Umsatzsteuer, sofern anwendbar.
(2) Die Zahlung ist im Voraus bzw. gemäß der Buchungsbestätigung fällig. Bei Zahlungsverzug behält sich Clarity Concept vor,
Leistungen zurückzuhalten oder zusätzliche Gebühren zu erheben.
(3) Angebote, Sonderaktionen oder Gutscheine sind nur im jeweils angegebenen Zeitraum gültig.
§ 5 Terminabsagen & Verschiebungen
(1) Der Kunde kann einen gebuchten Termin bis spätestens 72 Stunden vor Beginn kostenfrei verschieben. Bei Nicht-Erscheinen
oder Stornierung innerhalb von 48 Stunden vor dem Termin wird eine Stornogebühr von 50 % des Session-Honorars fällig.
(2) Clarity Concept behält sich vor, Termine bei Krankheit oder unvorhersehbaren Ereignissen abzusagen oder zu verschieben.
Bereits geleistete Zahlungen werden gutgeschrieben oder erstattet.
§ 6 Mitwirkungspflicht des Kunden
Der Kunde verpflichtet sich, vor der Session die Vorbereitungshinweise (z. B. bequeme Kleidung, Verzicht auf Alkohol/Substanzen)
zu beachten und relevante gesundheitliche bzw. psychische Rahmenbedingungen vorab mitzuteilen, insbesondere bei
Schwangerschaft oder besonderen Erkrankungen.
§ 7 Haftung
(1) Clarity Concept haftet nur für vorsätzliches oder grob fahrlässiges Verhalten. Für leichte Fahrlässigkeit ist die Haftung
auf den vertragstypischen, vorhersehbaren Schaden begrenzt.
(2) Die angebotenen Sessions und Methoden ersetzen keine medizinische oder psychotherapeutische Beratung, Diagnose
oder Therapie. Bei schwerwiegenden Erkrankungen oder psychischen Störungen sollte ein Arzt oder Therapeut hinzugezogen
werden.
§ 8 Widerrufsrecht
Sofern der Kunde Verbraucher im Sinne des § 13 BGB ist, gilt das gesetzliche Widerrufsrecht (siehe nachfolgende
Widerrufsbelehrung). Bei Dienstleistungen, die vollständig erbracht sind, erlischt das Widerrufsrecht unter den gesetzlichen
Bedingungen.
§ 9 Schlussbestimmungen
(1) Änderungen oder Ergänzungen des Vertrages bedürfen der Schriftform.
(2) Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser AGB unwirksam sein, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.
(3) Auf den Vertrag findet deutsches Recht Anwendung. Gerichtsstand ist der Sitz von Clarity Concept, soweit gesetzlich zulässig.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Clarity Concept – Y. Stoll, E-Mail: healingcoach@email.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement sent by e-mail.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if Clarity Concept has already begun to fully provide the service (e.g., a session) before the end of the withdrawal period and you have previously consented to the commencement of the service before the end of the withdrawal period, and have expressed your understanding that by giving your consent you must expect to lose your right of withdrawal.

You have the right:

• to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
6. Data storage
Personal data is stored for as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or legal requirements. Afterwards, it is deleted or anonymized.

My work aims to activate the client's self-healing powers and promote their holistic well-being. My treatments do not replace diagnosis or treatment by a physician. Strong energies can flow during all healing treatments, initiations, and energy healing sessions. These initiations and treatments require a certain level of physical and mental resilience from the client. Therefore, each client is responsible for what they receive or experience. There is no legal entitlement to distance initiations. My services are equally effective, but they do not replace conventional medical therapies. My support as a healer is an act of rediscovering, regaining, and strengthening the body's own self-healing powers. I expressly point out that, by law, I am not permitted to provide medical advice in the same way as a physician. Furthermore, I am not allowed to make diagnoses or prescribe medical treatment plans. My work during a consultation is primarily based on individual recommendations that, in my view and based on many years of experience, effectively contribute to self-healing. My work does not replace medical treatment. Existing medical treatment, as well as necessary medical treatment, should under no circumstances be discontinued or postponed.
