General terms and conditions of business
§ 1 Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services and offers of Clarity Concept, owner: Y. Stoll,
Email: healingcoach@email.de, in the areas of sessions, energy and hypnosis work, online and in-person sessions, memberships
(e.g., Club). Conflicting terms and conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless Clarity Concept expressly agrees in writing.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a binding offer. A contract is only concluded when the customer makes a booking and Clarity Concept confirms it.
(2) The contractual components are the agreed service, these GTC, and, if applicable, separate service and payment descriptions.
§ 3 Services
Clarity Concept offers, among other things, sessions in SoundJourney & energy work (e.g., Kundalini Activation, Reiki, Breathwork, Innerdance, etc.), hypnosis (QHHT), detox and health guidance, Human Design readings, memberships (club). The specific service (type, scope, duration) is determined by the booking confirmation.
§ 4 Prices & Payment Terms
(1) All prices are in euros and include the legally required value-added tax, if applicable.
(2) Payment is due in advance or according to the booking confirmation. In the event of late payment, Clarity Concept reserves the right to withhold services or charge additional fees.
§ 5 Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
(1) The client can reschedule a booked appointment free of charge up to 72 hours before the start. In case of no-show or cancellation within 48 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee will be charged.
(2) Clarity Concept reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in case of illness or unforeseeable events. Payments already made will be credited or refunded.
§ 6 Client's Duty to Cooperate
The client agrees to follow the preparation instructions (e.g., comfortable clothing, refraining from alcohol/substances) before the session and to inform in advance of relevant health or psychological conditions, particularly in cases of pregnancy or special illnesses.
§ 7 Liability
(1) Clarity Concept is only liable for intentional or grossly negligent conduct. For slight negligence, liability is limited to the contractually typical, foreseeable damage.
(2) The offered sessions and methods do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic advice, diagnosis, or therapy. In the case of serious illnesses or mental disorders, a doctor or therapist should be consulted.
§ 8 Right of Withdrawal
If the customer is a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB, the statutory right of withdrawal applies (see the following withdrawal instructions). For services that have been fully provided, the right of withdrawal expires under the statutory conditions.
§ 9 Final Provisions
(1) Amendments or additions to the contract must be in writing.
(2) Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
(3) German law shall apply to the contract. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Clarity Concept, as far as legally permissible.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Clarity Concept – Y. Stoll, E-Mail: healingcoach@email.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement sent by e-mail.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if Clarity Concept has already begun to fully provide the service (e.g., a session) before the end of the withdrawal period and you have previously consented to the commencement of the service before the end of the withdrawal period, and have expressed your understanding that by giving your consent you must expect to lose your right of withdrawal.

(2) When you use our contact or booking form, we collect your data (name, email address, and, if applicable, telephone number). This data is used to process your request, to fulfill the contract, or to carry out the booked session.
(3) We will use your email address for newsletters or mailing lists only if you have expressly given your consent.

Your data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the performance of the contract (e.g. payment service providers) or is required by law.
4. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies that are necessary for the operation of the website. We only use analytics or tracking cookies with your consent (e.g., Google Analytics).
5. Your rights
You have the right:
• to information about what personal data is stored about you
• to rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of your data

• on data portability
• to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
6. Data storage
Personal data is stored for as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or legal requirements. Afterwards, it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Update of this statement
This privacy policy is currently valid as of [date]. Due to further development of our website or changes in legal requirements, adjustments may be necessary.
My work aims to activate the client's self-healing powers and promote their holistic well-being. My treatments do not replace diagnosis or treatment by a physician. Strong energies can flow during all healing treatments, initiations, and energy healing sessions. These initiations and treatments require a certain level of physical and mental resilience from the client. Therefore, each client is responsible for what they receive or experience. There is no legal entitlement to distance initiations. My services are equally effective, but they do not replace conventional medical therapies. My support as a healer is an act of rediscovering, regaining, and strengthening the body's own self-healing powers. I expressly point out that, by law, I am not permitted to provide medical advice in the same way as a physician. Furthermore, I am not allowed to make diagnoses or prescribe medical treatment plans. My work during a consultation is primarily based on individual recommendations that, in my view and based on many years of experience, effectively contribute to self-healing. My work does not replace medical treatment. Existing medical treatment, as well as necessary medical treatment, should under no circumstances be discontinued or postponed.
